Challenge

Having gone over the issue of needing more space with the Mariana family because of a growing family, both in numbers and in physical size.

Solution

So the solution was to add a couple of bedrooms, a new laundry room, as well as another bathroom. The design and feel were done specifically to the aesthetics needs of the family, and in terms of function more than meet their wants. And most of all, the entire project was done both on time and within budget.
